The Miltronic strength equipment employs electronic resistance, enabling varied intensity within a single movement. This approach is ideal for eccentric training with increased resistance during muscle extension and adaptive training that adjusts based on your remaining strength.
The Milon Strength-Endurance Circuit provides comprehensive training for your entire 'bodyguard' of the spine—upper body, torso, and legs—in a single session. Additionally, two endurance sets on the Crosswalker elliptical and ergometer focus on strengthening the most crucial muscle: the heart.
